Rehabilitation
When it comes to injury, reconditioning, and recovery Ryan has the expertise. From bringing injured athletes back to their peak form, recovery through concussion, to navigating mothers through postpartum rejuvenation, he’s had hands on work bringing people back to their desired physical form.
From the beginning, performance was at the forethought of Ryan’s entire practice. He found his passion for human performance through food during his time studying Nutritional Sciences for his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Arizona and his Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition at the University of Memphis. Coming into his studies as a 3-sport high school athlete, Ryan wanted to take the same journey he experienced in human performance to athletes of all competitive levels. During his time in undergraduate and graduate school, he volunteered his time with collegiate athletes in both Olympic Sports and Football to enhance their performance and develop lifelong skills for health and wellness across their lifespan.
From working in hospitals ensuring patients left with the warrior spirit to succeed in their personal health, Ryan transferred his care and determination unto professional athletes. Ryan spent three years working in the NFL as a team dietitian for The Las Vegas Raiders. During this time, he was honing his skills as a coach and implementing strategies to enhance elite athletes. Ryan was instrumental in developing hydration protocols that decreased >2% body weight loss by 78% in desert conditions and enjoyed developing rookie players within the league. Ryan also sought out guidance during this time with high level fine dining chefs to develop his culinary skills and design flavorful solutions to his navigations.
Since then, Ryan is working with our warfighters and tactical operators to ensure the nation’s top defenses are performing at their peak from the bottom up. His passion and focus keeps growing around developing personal relationships and setting new horizons to everyone’s unique destinations.
His mission for you is to fuel your inner warrior to face any challenges, no matter how quickly attainable or ever-long your odyssey is, he will chart a course for you to follow on your nutritional voyage.
